Directions

Pickled Onions:
Thinly slice 1 red onion and place in a jar. In a measuring cup, combine ½ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of granulated sugar, 1 ½ tbsp of salt and 1 cup of warm water.

Stir to dissolve the sugar and salt. Pour the pickling mixture over the sliced onions and let sit for one hour.

Tacos:
Assemble ingredients as pictured.

Pickled Onions:

1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp of Sugar, granulated
1 1/2 Tbsp of Salt
1 Cup of Warm Water

Tacos:

GoodLeaf Micro Broccoli
6 Soft Tacos
6 Strips of Bacon, cooked
4-6 Eggs, seasoned and scrambled
1/4 Cup of Pickled Red Onion
1/2 Cup of Aged Cheddar Cheese
Maple Syrup, for finishing
1 Splash Lime Juice
